Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Super Auction (available at superauction.web.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you should not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, whether you are creating an auction room, joining one, or simply browsing the site's content pages such as our blog or guides.

2. Description of Service

Super Auction is a free, web-based cricket auction simulator that allows users to host and participate in multiplayer mock IPL auction sessions in real time. The platform provides a curated database of over 500 cricket players, an AI-powered scouting advisor, real-time bidding mechanics, squad management tools, and editorial content including strategy guides and auction tips. The service is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.

3. User Conduct and Fair Play

All users must adhere to the following rules of conduct:

  • Engage in fair bidding practices. Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bids.
  • Do not spam reactions, bids, or chat messages to disrupt the auction experience for other participants.
  • Do not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform. If you discover a bug, please report it through our Report an Issue page.
  • Do not impersonate other users or use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate nicknames.
  • Do not create rooms with the sole purpose of disrupting the platform's public rooms listing.

Violation of these rules may result in removal from a room or a permanent ban from the platform at the host's or our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All player statistics, names, and team data used in Super Auction are sourced from publicly available cricket databases and are used solely for entertainment and mock-auction simulation purposes. Team logos and franchise names are the intellectual property of their respective owners, including the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the Indian Premier League (IPL). Super Auction is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the BCCI, IPL, or any IPL franchise.

5. No Real Money or Gambling

Super Auction is strictly a simulation game. The "budget" and "bids" within the platform use fictional in-game currency (Crores) and have absolutely no real-world monetary value. No real money is wagered, won, or lost during any auction session. This platform is not a gambling service and should not be used for any form of betting or wagering.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime and a smooth user experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. The platform may experience downtime during maintenance windows, server updates, or periods of exceptionally high traffic (such as during actual IPL auction events). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Super Auction is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or disruption of an auction session.

8. User-Generated Content

Users may submit content through our blog admin panel (if authorized) or through the issue reporting system. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
